Requests for sale of home closing letters; Please advise your loan processor that Whitegrove is registered with HomeWise. The HOA is no longer doing the closing letters.

Please note: 1) There is only one registration per household, and 2) Red Rock will mail the HOA annual dues invoices by Mid-December with a due date of Jan 1st. A late fee of 6% will be added to the dues if not paid by Jan 31st.
